PodFinder works entirely on-device. Nothing is sent to external servers.
Information we collect
PodFinder does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app uses your device's Bluetooth antenna solely to detect nearby devices. This process happens entirely on your device — no data is sent to our servers.
Bluetooth & location access
To scan for Bluetooth devices, iOS requires us to request location permission. We use this permission exclusively to enable Bluetooth scanning as required by Apple's API. We do not track, record, or store your location at any time.
Third-party services
PodFinder does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data in the first place.
Data storage
No user data is stored on our servers. Any preferences or settings you configure in the app are saved locally on your device only and are never transmitted externally.
Children's privacy
PodFinder is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children or any other users.
