Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using PodFinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. Your continued use of PodFinder constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these terms.
Use of the app
PodFinder is designed solely to help you locate your own Bluetooth devices. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use PodFinder to track devices that do not belong to you.
In-app purchases & free trial
PodFinder offers a 3-day free trial to let you experience all premium features before committing. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding within PodFinder are the exclusive property of PodFinder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
PodFinder is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or that Bluetooth signal accuracy will meet your specific expectations in all environments.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of PodFinder after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
